Sub-Tasks
Assets, no matter which type (food, weapons, characters, animals, etc.) should be able to flash
It should be a full additive color, with a speed setting, and a “is loop” setting (poison, damage over time, burning, etc.)
On characters it could target the entire character + equipment or a specific part (armor just broke, sword slashing, etc.)
